Instructions
Heat up the water in a water boiler or a kettle.
Add at least three cinnamon sticks to one cup of hot water. You can add more if you like, depending on how strong you want the tea to be.
Let the cinnamon sticks sit for at least 5 minutes.
If you like, strain the tea. You can also add some maple syrup if you like your tea to be a little bit sweeter.

Storing: Drink the tea right after you have prepared it.
Tip: Whether you add maple syrup, agave syrup, honey or refined sugar, either way, you are adding a type of sugar to your drink. Anything you add will also change the nutritional value.
