I like to work with three colours so that you can make one of the colours pop. The greater the contrast between the colours, the more pronounced the marbling is. In this tutorial, I used milk chocolate, purple chocolate, and white chocolate. The white and purple chocolate work well together because the white makes the purple jump out at you. The milk chocolate works great as a base that tastes great and at the same time, keeps the focus on the purple and white. Colours such as red and black or blue and white work great too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Have the mould you want to use ready\u00a0to go. This can be a baking pan lined with parchment paper, a candy mould or something else.<\/li><li>Pick your chocolate and melt all the chocolate you want to use (in separate\u00a0bowls).<\/li><li>Put the least prominent colour on the parchment paper, cake or cookie you want to cover with marbled chocolate.\u00a0In this tutorial, we start with the milk chocolate.<\/li><li>Spread out the milk chocolate evenly.<\/li><li>Pour the other melted chocolate on the first layer of chocolate. You do not have to do this very carefully. The only thing you need to\u00a0make sure of\u00a0is that you do not pour all the chocolate of the same colour in only one spot. Try to spread it out a bit.<\/li><li>Grab a needle\u00a0or a skewer\u00a0and move it through the chocolate in circular motions.
