If you can choose between eating your food or drinking it, I usually prefer the first. Especially when it comes to fruit. Oranges Snack is a perfect example of such a case. You could have a glass of orange juice and drink several oranges, or you can eat an orange or two. I prefer a snack that I can actually chew on and will supply me with some food fibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
