Ingredients
- 500 mL Vodka
- 3 Vanilla Beans

- 1 Empty Bottle Ensure the bottle can be closed properly.
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
Instructions
- Ensure the empty bottle is clean.
- Fill the bottle with vodka.
- Cut the vanilla bean length-wise. You do not need to split the vanilla bean. Cutting it open is enough. Repeat this step for all vanilla beans.
- Put the cut vanilla beans into the bottle.
- Close the bottle and ensure it is sealed.
- Shake the bottle briefly.
- Store the bottle for at least one week in a cool and dark place.
- Use the vanilla extract in your recipes and simply replenish the vanilla extract with vodka regularly.
